However, science is finally catching up to the understanding of trauma, and how it can get stored in our bodies. Trauma, quite literally, rewires our nervous system, specifically the vagus nerve.
The ancient yogis knew this all along and so together we will be exploring these evidence-based techniques and ancient yoga-based practices and how they are applicable to your life here and now, immediately becoming relevant to you.
