How To Place On Order
Place your product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the ''Add to Cart'' button located next to the product. When you're ready to complete your order, click ''Checkout'' from within your cart and follow the instructions.

Order Cancellation
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us on support@yogaessenceproject.com or use our contact form. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Please visit our "Returns" section or contact us for alternate options.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Incorrect or damaged goods
If we shipped you the wrong item or your product(s) arrive damaged or in poor condition, simply email us a digital photo of the incorrect or damaged item and container to support@yogaessenceproject.com. Please include the following in the email: your name and your order number, a short description of the reason for the return and please tell us if you are seeking for a replacement or a refund. Your request will be processed within 1 - 3 business days. If you select refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item.
Other Returns
If your item has arrived in good condition but you simply changed your mind, that's ok! You are entitled to a refund if you notify us that you want to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product(s). You have a further 14 days to return the item(s) once you have told us about your cancellation. Ifyouselectrefund, we will reimburse you for the price of the product. We strongly recommend you ship the item back init's original packaging via a trackable method. Please be aware that you are obligated to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refund Payments
Refunds will be issued by the same means of payments as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.
