Healing is a complex and tricky process

However, science is finally catching up to the understanding of trauma, and how it can get stored in our bodies. Trauma, quite literally, rewires our nervous system, specifically the vagus nerve.

 

The ancient yogis knew this all along and so together we will be exploring these evidence-based techniques and ancient yoga-based practices and  how they are applicable to your life here and now, immediately becoming relevant to you.

Step 1:

FREE Consultation (online) to listen and to witness. We will look at your specific needs and objectives (it’s ok not to have them) and Katarina will explain to you her approach and tools she uses.

Step 2*:

Work on a personalized program tailored to your needs (frequency, tools, techniques)

Step 3*:

Regular 60 min one-on-one classes tailored to your physical, emotional and psychological needs

Step 4:

Re-establishing mind-body connection via mindful somatic movement and practices
